I did the BCP morning office just now. I also prayed the Jesus Prayer for awhile. I'm realizing how terribly distracted I am in prayer time if I don't get to work early. When I get a late start, I end up with my mind going a thousand directions at once time.
I did the BCP hours this morning and did the Jesus prayer as well. I'm still struggling with energy - pray for me that I'll start feeling more myself!!
