I did the BCP hours this morning. I looked back at the posts from the beginning of last week and I feel much more energy and purpose today than I did then. That gives me reason to be very thankful! I'm hopeful for a productive day today!
I've been finding a little bit more of a rhythm lately. It doesn't necessary mean I stick to it, but at least I know something is there. I even sat down and prayed in the evening a few days ago with a little bit of intentionality and focus ... imagine that.
I did the BCP hours this morning. Read the great line from Ezekiel 11:
"19 I will give them one heart, and put a new spirit within them; I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh and give them a heart of flesh, 20 so that they may follow my statutes and keep my ordinances and obey them. Then they shall be my people, and I will be their God. "
each week we will have a new post through which to interact. you can post comments as often as you want under each week in order to share what you are reading, disciplines you are engaging in, or encouragement to each other.

I did the BCP hours this morning and have been much more consistent at pausing for prayers when my alarm on my phone goes off each day.
I'm just trying to be thankful today.
