I did the BCP morning office just now. I'm hopeful that I'll continue througout the day today and this week. My goal for the week is the keep at least 3 of the hours each day all week, if not 4. I always get off track when we are with family.
Contine to read through OT/NT...I'm in Dueteronomy and I have to say it would be easy to miss God's grace amongst all the 'rules to live by' found there. But then He reminds me that these rules are an aspect of His grace as He knew what's best for His people then - and He does now. This morning I began 1 Corinthians...I love Paul's passion for the gospel! The purity and beauty of simply preaching Christ and Him crucified. Wow! I love His heart that so wants people to know His Jesus. Me too. My heart aches for others to know Jesus and His amazing love and power to heal.

believe it or not...i prayed all four of the hours yesterday. It's been awhile since I did all four & that's big for me!
I started out with the BCP morning prayers today. The readings are all so rich with anticipation of the coming deliverance - great for advent.

Had some great time in 2Peter today. Found some great verses for my family to live by!
