Yesterday I read all of Exodus. I hadn't read the whole story in quite some time - it was really good to just dig through a really long passage.

this morning I did the BCP hours.

Peace,

Today I read about David and Mephibosheth....it's one of my favorite stories because of the first time I heard it told---I was enamored. Our toddlers and preschoolers are learning about how God made people who can help you! These lessons are ageless and timeless.

Today (Thursdays) I met with Karen dela. God always shows up in such cool, obvious ways. Today He reminded us that He is "enough" in every circumstance, and if we seek Him and His righteousness first, He'll take care of the rest (Mt.6:33). Karen is so hungry to learn - it is awesome to see her grow - and I get to experience God this way!

This morning I was finishing Hebrews in chpts.12 & 13. There's so much there, but what struck me was 12:14: "Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy, without holiness no one will see the Lord." I'm always wrestling with Him over what holiness looks like for me, for Christians in today's world. I guess I'll keep wrestling...I want everyone to see my Jesus!
